I Don't Like DPSers

16.01.2018
It's because they motivate me to leave groups. Sometimes. Not always.

I haven't kept count, so I can't be exact, but I believe the chance of me leaving a group -- and when I say "group", I mean "PUG" -- in mid-dungeon-duty is about 8%.

59% is the chance of some DPSer irritating me during the dungeon duty, but not to the point where I actually leave.

The two stats I mention above aren't bad! Really not. Because I promise you: the world of Eorzea is a much nicer environment than the following examples, listed in order of Irritation Level, with the worst ones at the top:

  1. The World of Azeroth & Its Many Many Offshoots (that means WoW)
  2. A Galaxy Far Far Away (that would be SWTOR)
  3. The Land Whose Name Liv Forgot (BDO)
  4. Tyria (GW2)
  5. The Other Land Whose Name Liv Forgot but "Skyrim" is One of Its Territories But You Can't Actually Adventure There (ESO-TU)

Yes, Eorzea is a wonderful place. Nicest people ever! So happy to be here. That's the truth.

But that doesn't mean I like everyone. I'm looking at you DPSers.

A few stories should help...
